Critzbe ("we", "us") operates a marketplace connecting creators and brands. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email, and password (passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text).
- Profile details: for creators — photo, bio, city, niches, languages, social media links, self-reported follower counts, and prices; for brands — company name, website, industry, and logo.
- Contact details: your phone/WhatsApp number, used for coordination and kept private to the Critzbe team.
- Activity: campaigns, applications, deals, messages you send, and payment references.
- Technical data: basic analytics about how the site is used.
3. How we use your information
We use it to: create and verify your account; run the marketplace (show verified profiles, match creators and brands, process applications and deals); facilitate and safeguard payments; let matched parties communicate; resolve disputes; send you important notifications; and improve and secure Critzbe.
4. What we share — and what we don't
We share information only as needed to run the service: relevant profile details are visible to the other party in a collaboration, and to trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our database and authentication provider, our payment provider, and our email provider). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show your private contact details (such as your phone number) publicly.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored using reputable cloud providers and may be processed on servers located in or outside India. We choose providers that maintain strong security practices.
6. Your choices and rights
You can view and edit most of your information from your account at any time. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by emailing us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including access controls enforced at the database level, to protect your information. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to fix issues quickly.

Critzbe is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
